Can you do that? Yeah, I know it sounds impossible but to tell you the truth I’ve been there and done that. Obviously, if we were talking about weight and not body fat, we could all agree that you could actually lose more than a pound in a day – with ease! Not to get excited, you can also gain a pound in a day. So, can you lose a pound per day? YES OF COURSE but, (there is a but) this is not for everyone, it depends on your metabolism, hard work, discipline but possibly, you can also get back those pounds once your diet is ruined.
Let me explain to you that people who are already at lean or even average body fat levels cannot lose fat that rapidly because they do not have a high enough basal metabolic rate or total daily energy expenditure. They simply cannot create a large enough deficit without hours and hours of exercise a day, if it’s possible at all. If they try to force it, they will lose lean body mass. Overweight people can sustain a larger calorie deficit without any negative effects or fear of muscle loss. The more fats you have the easier for you to lose those fats fast.
Now, without wasting any time, I’m going to show you how I lose a pound each day. I did it weeks before my college was reopened. Before you start I am going to warn you that this might not be safe for those out there who wants to start losing weight, all you need to do is practice first and do the typical weight loss plan of fruits and vegetables diet that will help you lose a pound a week safely. So, this is the plan:
As for breakfast, eat 2 boiled egg whites and drink water.
An hour before lunch, make sure you eat one (yes, just one) digestive biscuits and drink 2 glasses of water.
For lunch, just get an apple or peanut butter toast and drink green tea.
In the afternoon, drink 2 glasses of low fat milk, an apple and yogurt (berries flavored).
As for your dinner you can just have some 2 digestive biscuits and a tablespoon of tuna.
Before bed, have a lime juice, this will speed up your weight loss and also cleans your toxins.
However, this diet plan are not safe for beginners out there as this is just a yoyo or a fad diet for a weight loss of 1 pound each day. After you reach up to 5 pounds, you can continue your normal diet. Don’t forget to drink 12 glasses of water everyday, this will help you fight those appetite and also try to motivate by reminding yourself just like how you memorized dates and names before your History exams, this is the most effective way so that you will remember your goals every time wherever you go.
I still remember the times when I lost my first 10 pounds, it's not that easy nor that hard, all you have to do is prepare 60% mentally, 40% physically, yes it is important to prepare with your mindset and remind yourself every time. You can't just go,"I need to start dieting tomorrow", you need to start make some reminders, put up your latest photo on your wall, a photo of your belly fat I mean. Motivate yourself everyday and once you are prepared, this is what you should do to lose your first 10 pounds:
1. Look for the foods that can ruin your appetite My suggestion is get some berries, grapes, apples and also egg whites for breakfast, those are what I ate to ruin my appetite that helped me skip my big meal for lunch and dinner
2. If you are having a large amount of carbohydrates during lunch time, please don't consume another after 6 pm, carbohydrates are energy to fuel up your body, so you need to do some exercises in the afternoon.
3. Don't just do a 30 minute jog, do some enjoyable exercises too! What I mean by that is you can do some 30 seconds jump rope skipping then followed by a 20 seconds jumping jacks, do it for many times and rest for a minute after that then repeat. Have you ever heard of circuit training that is usually done by athletes? These kind of exercises are the metabolism booster which will help you burn those calories up to 48 hours even you are at rest.

You can just operate it out of your garage.
3. Talent Bureau, For Kid's or Adults' Parties
Using local ads, or your own contacts, line up 10 to 20 local entertainers, magicians, comics, puppeteers and other talents, and supply them for parties, club meetings and other functions. Have a list of films you can also supply for the same, or other groups, which they can project themselves, if they wish, or you will supply an operator.
4. Start a Hobby Center
Make money on your unused space. You can turn your basement into a woodworking center, your spare bedroom into a photo darkroom, and your garage into a pottery workshop with a wheel and a small kiln. Just rent the space and equipment by the hour, expand into more hobbies as time and money permit, and charge additional fees for instruction in any of those fields you're good at.
5. Organize a Babysitting Service
One of the troubles most people find is that their babysitter is always busy just the night they want to go out. You set up a service, finding good reliable teenage girls and boys, middle-aged or older women, and act as a go-between, providing sitters whenever your customers want them, collecting the fees, and paying the sitters. Advertise your service, and handbills house-to-house locally being a good way.
6. Make Money From Your Hobbies
Are you an expert at something that you do at home for fun? Then you should make it pay off for you. If you're a gourmet cook, open a cooking class. If you're an accomplished painter in oils or water-color, offer a portrait-painting service. If you're a skilled carpenter, design and make custom cabinets to order. Almost any hobby you're good at can be turned to making a profit if you think about it carefully, and decide who could use your expertise - as a consultant in that field, if nothing else. All you really have to do to get started is to place an ad.
7. Publish a Part-Time Jobs Directory
List all the possible jobs people can get part-time, especially angling it at college kids on vacation, teachers after school hours, housewives with time on their hands, and moonlighters looking for part-time second jobs.
8. Be an Instructor
Teach whatever you know. Your trade, profession, cooking skills, a second language, woodworking, chess, photography, knitting, karate, bridge, auto repair, etc. People will pay for good lessons in these useful and enjoyable skills.
9. Run a Floor Scraping/Polishing Service
You buy or rent, a heavy-duty machine, and do the cleaning and waxing of fine, hardwood floors. If the floors are in very bad condition, machine sand them and them completely refinish them with modern super-durable polyurethane finishes.
10. Operate a Children's Hotel
This is sort of a "boarding house" for kids while their parents are away for a week-end or two-week vacation. This requires a large house, and preferably, a large yard or grounds, swings, slides, and facilities useful for kids. Must be done very responsibly and carefully. Also, don't take very young children (less than 9 or 10 months) because they may require too much dressing, feeding, etc.
11. Start a Mail-Order Business
Write a booklet about something people really want to know about, print a few hundred copies, and place some small ads. You'd be surprised how much money you can make. Sell modern copies of out-of-print uncopyrighted material or books. Or sell something unusual you make at home, providing that it is something really useful to your prospective customers.
12. Run a Pet Hotel Service
For dogs or cats or both. People will pay high fees to ensure high-quality care fo the animal they love. Separate kennels for each animal are essential. Good food and adequate care and attention must be assured too. You can hire responsible teenagers to help you. Advertise with posters in pet shops, veterinarians' offices; or newspapers.
13. Sell Second-hand Kids Clothing
Children usually outgrow their clothes rather than wearing them out. So many families have such clothing left around. You collect it, paying nothing or as little as possible. Then you resell it; you can do the selling by ads.
14. Make Plastic Engraved Signs
All you need is a simple-to-operate machine that engraves lettering in various types onto sheets of plastic of many colors, finishes and sizes. Perfect for signs for merchants, banks, doctors, dentists, schools and colleges, private front doors, and many other uses.
15. Be a Used Car Buying Consultant

16. Operate an Event or Party Services
You rent out everything needed for a party: tables, chairs, punch bowls, table cloths, cutlery, and napkins. You can also supply waitresses and bartenders, finding them through agencies that supply temporary help such as Manpower. But if you can find good workers yourself, you can save the agency fee and make more money.

Anyway, yesterday i saw an angel,haha but too bad i think she's not single..ah fuck that i don't give a shit! Now, all i think about is driving, hahaha! Kay i'm out!
